2-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Agra and Jaipur
On the initial day, you'll be picked up from your accommodation in Delhi at the specified time and transported towards Agra. After approximately a 3.5-hour trip, you'll meet your English-speaking guide in Agra for an informative tour of the city.
Our first destination will be the iconic Taj Mahal. Once we reach this UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, you'll have the chance to step inside the mausoleum and uncover its astounding legacy and architectural brilliance.
Following an engaging 1.5-hour exploration of the Taj Mahal, our next visit will be the Agra Fort. Renowned for its striking red exterior, the fort was initially constructed with red bricks and later rebuilt using red sandstone during the era of Akbar. You will learn about its significance as the most notable structure of the Mughal Empire.
You'll then have an hour for lunch at a local eatery before we proceed to Jaipur.
To conclude the day, you will be taken to your hotel in Jaipur (accommodation not included), allowing you to relax or enjoy the local evening atmosphere.
Day 2: Jaipur to Delhi
Your exploration continues with a morning pick-up from your Jaipur hotel. Our first stop will be the Hawa Mahal, also referred to as the Palace of Winds, located in central Jaipur, featuring a stunning facade with 950 tiny windows.
Next, we’ll visit the Amber Fort, celebrated as one of India’s premier forts and a key attraction of Jaipur. Ascending to the peak, you’ll discover a fort that harmoniously blends Hindu and Muslim artistic influences. Stroll through the temples, palatial structures, and gardens of this magnificent site, originally designed as the residence for the Rajput rulers, where grand architecture awaits.
At around noon, we will take a trip to the Jal Mahal, known as the Water Palace, famous for appearing to float on the surface of the water.
We’ll pause for an hour to enjoy lunch at a local café. Our final destination will be the Jaipur Palace, which we'll explore before returning to Delhi. Afterwards, you’ll be taken back to your accommodation or directly to the airport in Delhi.
3-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Jaipur
On the first day of your tour, your pickup will be arranged from your hotel in Delhi as we head toward Jaipur. After about a 5-hour drive, taking in the scenic beauty of the Indian countryside, you'll reach Jaipur and be escorted to your hotel.
Once you’re settled, the guided tour of the Rajasthani capital begins. Visit the opulent Jaipur Palace, the intriguing Astronomical Observatory from the 18th century, and the magnificent Hawa Mahal, notable for its more than 950 windows.
After a day full of delightful sights, we will return you to your hotel to prepare for the upcoming explorations.
Day 2: Jaipur to Agra
After being collected from your hotel in Jaipur, we’ll visit the remarkable Amber Fort, known as the city's most iconic monument and one of the best-preserved forts in India. Positioned atop one of Jaipur’s highest hills, the Amber Fort beautifully showcases Hindu and Muslim architectural elements.
Then, we will make our way to the picturesque Jal Mahal, or the Water Palace, where you will uncover the reason behind its enchanting name!
Once the tour of Jaipur concludes, we'll drive to Agra. After around a 4-hour journey, you will check into your hotel (accommodation not included) and have some leisure time to relax or explore Agra as you wish.
Day 3: Agra to Delhi
On the final day, we’ll rise early for a truly extraordinary experience: observing the sunrise over the Taj Mahal. As the sun illuminates this iconic structure, its recognition as one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World will become evident. Your guide will share insights about its romantic history and architectural details as you appreciate its beauty.
Return to your hotel for breakfast and pack your belongings after this unforgettable experience. Our next destination will be the striking Agra Fort, its reddish hue standing in stark contrast to the pristine white of the Taj Mahal and recognized as the most significant monument of the Mughal Empire.
After exploring Agra’s key attractions, we’ll head back to Delhi. Following a journey of 3 to 4 hours, you’ll be either dropped off at your hotel or at the airport, based on your preference.
