At the designated time, a 4x4 vehicle will be at your hotel in Chaves to commence our exploration.

Our first stop will be the majestic castle of Chaves, where we will delve into the tales of this historic medieval stronghold. The city boasts more remnants from that era; we will also visit the forts of São Francisco and São Neutel, uncovering their intriguing histories.

As we continue, we will encounter the renowned stone bridge spanning the Tâmega River. Did you know this footbridge was commissioned by Trajan, the first Hispanic emperor? Our next destination will take us to the significant milestone known as kilometre 0, revealing the intriguing stories behind this notable site!

We will then return to Chaves to explore its renowned Roman thermal baths. After three enriching hours, the tour will conclude with your return to the hotel.
