The renowned Brasserie de Chambord, conveniently close to the storied castles of Blois and Chambord, ranks among the top breweries in the Loire Valley.

At the designated time, our gathering will commence at this remarkable brewery, which came to fruition through the partnership of local farmers from the Axéréal cooperative and the Domaine National de Chambord.

These collaborators united to craft a high-quality and eco-friendly beer, engaging regional farmers, grain collectors, and maltsters from the Centre-Loire Valley. This initiative is designed to showcase local produce while fostering synergy among all stakeholders in the vicinity.

Following a brief orientation, the tasting will feature a selection of four different beers. Participants can choose from an array of options, including lager, wheat beer, amber ale, IPA, cherry, and the non-alcoholic Chambord, along with the exclusive La Chambord Royale.

Throughout the tasting, we will delve into the distinctive features of each beer and receive recommendations for ideal food pairings. Guests will also be treated to a panoramic view of the brewery's production area while sampling.

The duration of this beer tasting session is approximately 20 minutes.
