The Château de Blois welcomes visitors daily from 9 am to 6:30 pm.
For the year 2026, the sound and light presentation will be available from April 4 through September 26, as well as from October 17 to 31.
Here are the showtimes for the 2026 season:
- April and September: at 10 pm
- May, June, July, and August: at 10:30 pm, except for June 21 and July 13.
- October and November: at 7:15 pm
Do keep in mind that the operational hours for the castle and the light show differ, hence visits to the castle are not permitted during the interval between its closing and the beginning of the light performance.
The latest admission to the castle is 30 minutes prior to closing.

The Château de Blois is open from Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 6:30 pm.
In 2026, the sound and light show will take place from April 4 to September 26, and from October 17 to 31.
These are the show’s start times for the 2026 season:

Please note that the visiting hours of the castle and the light show are different. This means that you will not be able to visit the castle between closing time and the start of the light show.
The final entry to the castle is 30 minutes before closing time. Please keep in mind that the schedule is flexible and subject to change.
