Isafjordur Kayaking Expedition
The adventure begins when we gather at your chosen time on Mávagarðsbryggja Street, followed by a stroll along the picturesque shoreline of Isafjordur Bay. At the dock, we will provide a brief overview of kayaking techniques before you embark on your journey to navigate the Icelandic waters.
For two and a half hours, we will immerse ourselves in the tranquil waters of the Westfjords. As we kayak, your guide will share intriguing insights about the local history of Isafjordur and the enchanting attributes of this distinctive Icelandic region. Prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking mountain vistas!
During the kayak tour, be sure to look out for the remarkable wildlife that calls this area home: with some luck, you may spot various sea birds soaring above and even observe the playful seals lounging in the bay.
Our kayaking adventure in Isafjordur will conclude as we return to the initial departure point.

The guide will be waiting for you at the Borea Adventures office (Mávagarðsbryggja, Ísafjörður, Iceland). We recommend being there at least 30 minutes in advance.
On the day of the activity, we recommend that you bring warm clothes, waterproof shoes and sunscreen.
