Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Chengdu, setting off towards the Chengdu Panda Base for a scenic 30-minute drive.

Upon our arrival, you'll have approximately 2 hours to explore the various enclosures of the reserve. Here, you’ll encounter both young and adult pandas while gaining insights into their fascinating lives. Curious about their weight or why they are classified as an endangered species? Watching these gentle creatures as they frolic, nap, and munch on bamboo is sure to delight!

After our time with the pandas, we'll return to the bus and embark on a 2-hour journey to the Leshan Giant Buddha. You’ll have the option to hop on a boat for breathtaking views of this colossal statue or take a hiking trail to the top for an up-close experience. The choice is yours!

This awe-inspiring 232-foot (71-meter) sculpture offers spectacular sights from every vantage point. Erected in the 8th century on a cliff, the Leshan Giant Buddha serves as a remarkable barrier against the river's turbulent waters, aiding navigation at the confluence of three rivers. The day culminates with a stop at a local restaurant, where you may choose to enjoy a traditional lunch. Afterward, we’ll return to Chengdu and drop you off at your hotel, bringing a close to this enriching 10-hour excursion.
