We will gather at the predetermined location on Via Milazzo to kick off this gastronomic journey through Bologna, where you will sample iconic products from both Emilia-Romagna and Italy.

Following this introduction, we will enjoy a curated selection of gourmet panini, carefully prepared using local and fresh ingredients.

For those interested, a vegetarian alternative is available upon request. This option includes a parmigiana sandwich, a vegetable omelet sandwich, and a cheese, pesto, and tomato sandwich. A special children's selection is also offered, consisting of a meatball sandwich, a vegetable omelet sandwich, and a mortadella sandwich, along with a drink.
