Fort Bragg Private Rail Bike Tour
Description
Experience the beauty of nature in Fort Bragg while riding a rail bike, allowing you to discover the surroundings in an extraordinary manner. Glide along historic railway tracks as you effortlessly pedal.
Description
Are you ready for an adventurous way to appreciate Fort Bragg's natural landscapes? At the scheduled time, we will convene at the The Skunk Train & Rail Bikes station, where you can board these unique electric bikes that travel along the traditional rail lines.
Designed for two riders, these virtually silent bikes will guide you through the renowned Redwood Route. Your journey will take you past the enchanting Pudding Creek Estuary, where you can cross ancient wooden viaducts and marvel at the impressive sequoia trees native to Fort Bragg.
This excursion is designed for ease, as you’ll find that pedaling is a breeze. It presents an ideal opportunity to savor the serene beauty of this pristine wilderness!
Throughout the rail bike journey, keep an eye out for little blue herons, ospreys, and perhaps even turtles and otters that inhabit Pudding Creek. To enhance your excursion, we encourage a stop at Glen Blair Junction for a picnic and a chance to explore the nearby area on foot.
After a duration of approximately two hours, you will return to the original meeting point to conclude this memorable rail bike experience.
