Activity Overview

If meeting Santa Claus is on your list, then join us for a quick journey of less than 10 km (6.4 mi) from Rovaniemi after picking you up from your accommodation.

Upon our arrival, you'll be provided with the necessary gear and assigned your snowmobiles. A safety briefing will ensure you feel confident as we prepare to motor away for an excursion lasting between 1 hour and 1 hour and 20 minutes. Our route will take us deep into the Lapland forests, where the sunlight sparkles on the snowflakes like a scene from a storybook.

Throughout our snowmobile journey, there will be opportunities to pause for photos, allowing you to admire the stunning Arctic vistas. It will truly feel like you have entered a winter wonderland! Before long, the picturesque wooden buildings of Santa Claus Village will come into view.

Once we park the snowmobiles, we will embark on a half-hour guided stroll through this magical holiday destination, adorned with glowing street lamps and charming shops featuring red exteriors. Highlights of our visit will include stops at the most celebrated spots, such as the Post Office. Since its inception in 1985, this post office has handled over 15 million letters from around the globe, and the number continues to grow!

After the guided portion, enjoy 2 hours of free exploration to immerse yourself in this unique locale. Be sure to greet Santa Claus, send postcards to friends and family, pick up some handcrafted souvenirs, and warm up with a drink by the fireplace in one of the cozy village cafés.

As our adventure draws to a close, we’ll reconvene to begin our return trip to your hotel in Rovaniemi, wrapping up a delightful 5-hour experience.

This tour includes pick-up from hotels within a 10 km (6.2 mi) radius of central Rovaniemi. If your accommodation is located beyond this range, we will contact you after your booking to arrange a suitable meeting point.

Snowmobile Details

During the booking process, you can select between an individual snowmobile or a shared option to ride alongside a partner, friend, or family member. The two of you can alternate driving if you fulfill the necessary qualifications. Please be aware that the displayed price is per individual.

To operate the snowmobiles, participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and present a valid driver's license.
