Would you like to traverse the scenic Spider Crab Route departing from Ushuaia? After picking you up at your accommodation, we'll venture along the Complementaria J motorway in an all-terrain vehicle for approximately 45 minutes, arriving first at the Victoria Lagoon. Here, we will pause for 30 minutes to appreciate the stunning shoreline while learning about the unique features of the area, along with enjoying a light snack. This marks an excellent start to our expedition!

Next, we will proceed to Puerto Almanza, a quaint fishing community located on the eastern shore of the Beagle Channel. While discussing the history and development of this charming locale, we will wander through its slender streets and seek out the Nómades del Gran Chaparral restaurant, situated by the water, where we’ll indulge in the traditional flavors of the region.

Upon arrival, we will savor the freshest local catches, including the renowned spider crab, which will feature prominently on our menu. Following a delightful three-course meal, we will make our way to the harbor for a scenic cruise across the Beagle Channel.

Onboard our speedboat, we’ll journey for 1.5 hours until we reach Martillo Island. There, we’ll have the opportunity to admire and interact with the countless Magellanic and gentoo penguins that inhabit this unique environment—an unforgettable experience!

Ultimately, we’ll return to shore and continue our off-road adventure through the coastal lenga forest. After a full day lasting approximately 7 hours, we will conclude the tour back at your hotel in Ushuaia. Until next time!
