The thermal waters here are characterized by a striking turquoise hue, caused by the calcium and magnesium found in the local geology—though this can vary after heavy rainfall. The river meanders over a considerable distance, creating a series of natural pools that invite you to take a soothing dip. The pools are easily accessible, with a scenic 25-minute walk leading you to them.
