Our adventure begins at 7:30 am as we depart from your hotel, heading towards Serra, where you'll immerse yourself in the rich traditions of this charming town in Espírito Santo.

The first stop will be an artisan workshop, where you'll have the chance to master the art of crafting traditional clay pots used to prepare the iconic moqueca capixaba. This dish is an emblematic recipe of the region, and you'll discover that the pot-making technique has been preserved for over four centuries.

Next, we will venture to Manguinhos Beach, the centerpiece of Serra. Here, you'll enjoy breathtaking panoramas of Espírito Santo's coastline, celebrated as one of the most picturesque coastal areas in Brazil!

After taking in the stunning views at Manguinhos, you'll have the opportunity to savor the beloved moqueca capixaba for lunch at a local restaurant. This flavorful traditional Brazilian fish stew, deeply rooted in the culinary heritage of Serra, stems from Portuguese influences.

To conclude our excursion, we'll return to your hotel, with an estimated arrival time of 1:30 pm.
