Your experience begins when we meet you at your accommodation in Hermosillo, setting the stage for an engaging exploration along the Ruta del Novillo.

Our first destination is Mazatán, a quaint town established by Spanish settlers in the 17th century, renowned for its artisanal fresh cheese. After sampling its delightful flavors, we will travel to Nidopa Ranch, where the traditional drink Bacanora is crafted. This spirit, emblematic of the Sonora region, is produced from agave leaves and has deep roots linked to the northern tribes of the state.

Next, our path takes us to Mátape, home to the Musician's Museum. Here, we will delve into the history of the acclaimed Othón brothers and their notable orchestra, along with other musical ensembles from the region. 

The adventure continues to the outskirts of San Pedro de la Cueva, where we will explore the intriguing Dry Waterfall, an exceptional geological feature that captivates visitors. Our itinerary also includes a visit to a local wafer factory, famed for its unique production methods and local significance. 

After taking an hour of free time for lunch at your convenience, we will proceed to the small town of Batuc, where striking panoramic vistas await. Our final destination is Ures, featuring a stop at Zaragoza Plaza and a tour of a ham factory.

As we conclude our expedition, we will return to Hermosillo, arriving back at your hotel approximately 11 hours later.
