At the specified meeting time, we'll collect you from your accommodation in El Calafate and proceed to Los Glaciares National Park. Get ready for an exhilarating hiking expedition through Laguna Capri and have your cameras at the ready!

Upon our arrival, we will commence our 8 km (4.9 mi) trek. After the first kilometer (0.62 mi), we will tackle a steep ascent leading us to Mirador Río de las Vueltas, a natural viewpoint that provides stunning panoramic vistas.

As we reach the 2 km (1.24 mi) milestone, the incline will soften while we gain elevation on the western side of the valley, allowing us to take in the magnificent sight of the Los Cóndores mountain range. Subsequently, we will encounter a fork in the path that guides us toward Laguna Capri. During this final segment, impressive mountains begin to reveal themselves from behind the foliage as we make our way down to the lakeshore.

Here, we will take in one of Patagonia's iconic views: the impressive Cerro Chaltén along with its striking spires. Weather permitting, we will find the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch accompanied by a warm drink, such as tea or mate, while you take a well-deserved rest.
