Are you ready to embark on your initial diving adventure in Madeira? This introductory lesson will allow you to explore the underwater world of Garajau while offering a stunning view of the bay from the cable car.
Introductory Scuba Diving Experience in Garajau
We will begin by gathering at the designated meeting point before riding the cable car down to Garajau Bay. As we descend 200 meters, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the gorgeous crystal-clear waters within this protected natural area.
Once we arrive at the beach, the instructor will provide a concise overview of the essential diving techniques and equipment. After the safety briefing is completed, you will be all set to dive into the water!
This location boasts water temperatures between 17 and 26 degrees, promoting the diverse marine life found around Funchal. Below the surface, you'll encounter vibrant fish, graceful rays, fascinating underwater flora, and so much more!

Important information
We'll meet at Praia do Garajau 9125, Caniço at the indicated time. You'll need to be at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance.
We'll provide you with all the necessary equipment, you just need to bring a swimsuit.
Important
Please keep in mind that you can't do this activity the same day you catch a flight, at least 12 hours have to pass.
