- One-way to Guatavita: We'll gather you from your hotel in northern Bogotá and transport you to the heart of Guatavita. If your stay is in southern Bogotá, pickup will occur at the National Museum.
- One-way to Bogotá: In this scenario, we'll collect you from your lodging in Guatavita and take you back to your hotel in Bogotá.
- Round-trip transport: This comprehensive option enables travel to and from your desired destination based on the pickup point you choose when reserving.
Pickup Times
Be mindful of the following departure times:
- For transport from Bogotá to Guatavita, pickup will be at 7 am.
- For transport from Guatavita to Bogotá, pickup will take place at 4 pm.
- With the round-trip option, the schedule remains consistent: departing at 7 am and returning at 4 pm.
Traveling with Infants
Children aged 3 and under can travel at no cost, provided they sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap during the journey.

Important information
Transport from Bogotá to Guatavita
On the day of the activity, we'll pick you up at 7 am from your hotel in the Northern Zone of Bogotá. We recommend being ready 15 minutes in advance.
If you are staying in the Southern Zone of Bogotá, we'll pick you up at the scheduled time at the National Museum, located at the following address: Ak 7 #N. 28-66, Bogotá, Colombia.
Transport from Guatavita to Bogotá
If you have chosen the route from Guatavita to Bogotá, we will pick you up at 4 pm from your hotel.
In any case, the local team will get in touch with you the day before the activity to confirm all the pickup details and times.
Children Under 3
Please note that children under 3 years old travel for free, but they must sit on the lap of their parents or guardians.
