We will collect you from your accommodation in Tunis at the appointed time, marking the start of our excursion to Carthage and Sidi Bou Said. Let the journey begin!

As we travel for about 30 minutes, we’ll delve into the history of the region, ultimately arriving at Carthage, a formidable power in ancient times. Here, we will visit its significant archaeological sites, such as the Baths of Antoninus, the ancient Punic harbors, and the ruins of Roman villas, enabling us to envision a city that once stood as a rival to Rome.

After dedicating 1 hour to sightseeing, we will proceed to Sidi Bou Said, a picturesque village set atop a cliff that showcases a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Tunis. This area features distinctive architecture characterized by well-preserved elements. Its whitewashed homes adorned with blue shutters, arches inspired by Andalusian design, and intricately decorated doors create a unique ambiance. We’ll spend 2 hours walking through its cobblestone streets, learning how this historical haven for artists evolved into a symbol of Tunisian elegance.

To regain our strength, we will visit a restaurant within the medina to savor a delicious lunch composed of rice, meat, salad, and potatoes.
