Hanoi Culinary Experience

We commence from our gathering point at 39b P. ?ào Duy T?, leading us into the vibrant core of Vietnam's capital.

As we reach the heart of the city, we'll navigate the characteristic narrow alleys of the old town, taking in the colonial architecture and absorbing the fascinating energy that defines the hustle and bustle of vibrant urban life here. Along the sidewalks, you’ll encounter an array of market stalls and food carts waiting to be explored.

Throughout the journey, we will sample a variety of dishes and delicacies emblematic of both the region and the wider Vietnamese culinary scene.

Prepare to discover an exquisite mix of delicious and contrasting flavors, featuring highlights such as n?m bò khô (papaya topped with beef jerky), the renowned bún ch? (grilled pork served with rice noodles), pho (a warm rice noodle soup), bánh tôm  (shrimp fritter), and nem rán (crispy spring rolls). In total, participants can look forward to tasting between five to eight mouthwatering dishes!

After three delightful hours indulging our palates with Hanoi's specialties, we will conclude our tour near Hoàn Ki?m Lake.

Evening Market Experience

Those who opt for this culinary outing on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evening will also enjoy the vibrant night market, beginning on Hang Dao street and culminating at the enchanting Dong Xuan market.
