Embark on a culinary journey as you explore unique flavors and gain skills to create authentic dishes in this Vietnamese Cooking Course in Hanoi—transforming you into a chef for the day!

Activity Details

At the scheduled time, we will collect you from P. Ô Quan Ch??ng and proceed to a traditional market where you will choose the freshest ingredients for our Vietnamese cooking session.

Once we gather the necessary items, we will head to a culinary school where the real cooking adventure starts. Upon arrival, the chef will greet us and provide a refreshing drink. While enjoying our beverages, we will go over the recipes we will be preparing.

With the handpicked ingredients, we will immerse ourselves in the genuine flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, crafting four delightful dishes. Our menu includes a refreshing banana flower salad, savory Vietnamese spring rolls, enticing noodles with sweet and sour sauce, and a delicious flan. Note that dish selection may change seasonally to highlight the freshest available produce.

Once our culinary masterpieces are ready, we will gather around the table for the eagerly awaited moment—enjoying our delicious creations! We'll take pride in savoring each dish, complemented by an open bar offering local wine, water, and tea. To complete the experience, you will partake in a tasting of one of Vietnam's beloved beverages, coffee! You can choose between coffee with salt, egg, or coconut.

After a total of 4.5 hours filled with activities, we will return you to the vicinity of the original meeting point.

This experience includes a contribution of 1 USD per participant for pediatric patients in hospitals throughout central Hanoi.
