Alpenzoo Entry Pass + Innsbruck Cable Car
This ticket grants you access to the Alpenzoo, a unique environment where alpine animal species thrive together. Here, you can encounter magnificent creatures such as bears, wolves, moose, bison, various snakes, turtles, and more, including up to 150 species in total.
This Austrian zoo has historically played an essential role in the conservation of endangered species, particularly focusing on the preservation of the Alpine ibex, bearded vulture, and northern bald ibis. Additionally, it boasts the largest freshwater aquarium globally, a habitat for bream, pike, grayling, and pearlfish, among others.
Innsbruck-Hungerburg Cable Car
In just a few minutes, the funicular connecting Innsbruck to Hungerburg will transport you directly to the Alpenzoo station. To begin your journey, simply head to Rennweg where the funicular station is located.
Your ticket also allows you to ascend to the Hungerburg station, where you'll discover a striking design by renowned architect Zaha Hadid. The panoramic views of the Eno River from this vantage point are truly spectacular. Will you let this experience pass by?
Timetable
- Innsbruck-Hungerburg Cable Car: Operates Monday to Friday from 7:15 am to 7:15 pm, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 8 am to 7:15 pm. Trains depart every 15 minutes. Disembark at the Alps Zoo stop, conveniently located between Innsbruck and Hungerburg.
- Alpenzoo: Open daily from November to March from 9 am to 5 pm, and from April to October from 9 am to 6 pm.

Important information
To redeem your voucher, please go to the station in Innsbruck at 3 Rennweg (6020, Innsbruck, Austria), next to the congress. The station is open daily from 8.15 am to 7 pm.

- Innsbruck to Hungerburg Funicular: Monday to Friday from 7.15 am to 7.15 pm. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8 am to 7:15 pm. Departures are every 15 minutes. The stop where you should get off is Alps Zoo, halfway between Innsbruck and Hungerburg.
- Alpenzoo (Weiherburggasse 37a, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria): open from November to March from 9 am to 5 pm and from April to October from 9 am to 6 pm.
