How Does It Work?

At the time of booking, you will receive a code. To access the digital version of the Istanbul E-pass app, simply download the app and input this code.

Your Istanbul E-pass gets activated upon your first use at a designated museum or monument. Following activation, you can take advantage of the pass's benefits for your chosen duration of 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 days.

Keep in mind that certain attractions or experiences may require prior reservations through the mobile app. For these, you will receive specific meeting or pickup details, and you'll only need to present the QR code from the app to the guide or entrance personnel.

Additionally, for major sites, including Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Archaeological Museum, and Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts, admission is permitted only with an official guide, who will issue your entry tickets at the beginning of your visit.
