Our meeting will take place at the appointed time inside the Chimney Bistro Restaurant, conveniently located near Topkapi Cafe. From this point, we'll walk to the palace. Once we pass through the security checks, you will have the freedom to navigate the grounds at your own rhythm.
Constructed shortly after Mehmed II conquered Constantinople, Topkapi Palace has undergone expansions under various rulers. It now features four distinct courtyards and numerous buildings, including the Treasury, the Imperial Mint, and the Baghdad Kiosk.

Priority Admission Details
Our priority admission tickets facilitate quicker entry ahead of other visitors. Nonetheless, be prepared to navigate the security checkpoint lines.
Keep in mind that this is not a guided tour. From the designated meeting point, available for arrivals between 9:30 am and 10:30 am, and every 30 minutes until 3:30 pm, an English-speaking guide will escort you to the palace entrance, assisting you in downloading your audio guide in English. After that, you'll have the opportunity to explore at your own pace.
Important Information
The standard ticket for Topkapi Palace does not grant entry to the Harem section. If you wish to include access to the Harem during your visit, you can easily purchase a ticket directly at the site’s ticket booth on the day of your visit.

Important information
This booking confirmation does not contain your tickets and is not valid for entry to the monuments. You will receive a QR code from Cosmic Tickets after 6 pm the day before the activity. For same-day bookings, the QR code will be sent immediately. You will need to present this QR code together with your Civitatis booking confirmation to pick up the ticket and audio guide.
On the day of the activity, an English-speaking tour assistant will be waiting for you inside the Chimney Bistro restaurant (Cankurtaran, Soğuk Çeşme Sk. No:1, 34122 Fatih/İstanbul, Turkey). You can check the exact meeting point at the following Google Maps link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/2NiwHU9bVodSw1y76. The tour assistant will have a flag that says Cosmic Tickets - MegaPass.
You can arrive at the meeting point at the following times: 9:30 am, 10 am, 10:30 am, 11 am, 11:30 am, 12 pm, 12:30 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, or 4 pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early.
Audio Guide
To pick up the audio guide, you’ll need to show the QR code displayed at the entrance and leave a form of ID, which will be returned to you when you return the devices.
You’ll also need to bring your own headphones.
Important Info
- We skip the queues, but we cannot skip the security check, which can take up to 30 minutes.
- Please note that the tour assistant will accompany you to the entrance of the Palace. The rest of the visit, you'll have the audio guide.
- You must present your passport or ID on the day of the activity.

Access to the Harem
The reserved ticket corresponds to the general ticket to the Topkapi Palace and does not include access to the Harem area. If, during the visit, you want to see the Harem, you can buy the ticket at the official ticket booth of the site.
Please note that the purchase of this additional ticket is completely optional: the English-speaking assistant at the meeting point can tell you where to buy it, but it is not mandatory for the general tour of the palace.
