Tour Overview

We'll gather at Kadikoy Square at the arranged time to commence our food exploration of Istanbul's Asian side. Departing from the busy vibe of Sultanahmet, we’ll delve into the vibrant streets that showcase some of the richest culinary heritage in the Turkish capital.

Our first destination will be a quaint shop to enjoy a glass of artisanal pickle juice, a popular fermented drink renowned for its robust taste. Following this, we’ll make our way to the harbor to indulge in the celebrated bal?k ekmek, a delicious sandwich filled with grilled fish, served piping hot.

The adventure continues with a tasting of çi? köfte dürüm, a wrap filled with spiced bulgur wheat, complemented by fresh herbs and a splash of pomegranate sauce that promises a burst of flavors! Next, we’ll stop at another local vendor to enjoy two essential street food delicacies: midye dolma (stuffed mussels) and kokoreç, a flavor-packed lamb sandwich.
