Upon booking, you have the flexibility to select from three distinct hiking options. Each choice encompasses pickup and drop-off services at your Kathmandu hotel, along with transportation via a 4x4 vehicle and a personal English-speaking guide. Here are the highlights of each route:

Trekking in Tare Bhir

Your adventure begins at 8 am as we travel to the Kathmandu Valley, arriving at the village of Budanilkantha. From this point, we'll embark on a 10 km (6.2 mi) hiking trail leading through the enchanting landscape of Tare Bhir, a region renowned for its distinctive flora and home to fascinating avian species endemic to Nepal.

The path will guide us to several breathtaking viewpoints where panoramic vistas of Kathmandu and the surrounding valley await—a sight that will truly mesmerize you! After our exploration, we’ll return to Budanilkantha and conclude the tour with your return to the hotel by 1 pm.

Trekking in Budanilkantha

At 8 am, we will collect you from your hotel and head towards Budanilkantha, the initiation point for this hiking adventure. We will trek through the Kathmandu valley until we arrive at the impressive Jamchen Vijaya Stupa, a magnificent Buddhist temple situated atop Budanilkantha Hill.

In addition to marveling at this serene place of worship, we’ll explore the Krishna Mandir temple and several traditional villages, all while taking in the stunning natural beauty surrounding us. After approximately five hours of trekking, we will return to our starting point.

Trekking in Shivapuri Nagarjun

Following your hotel pickup, we will make our way to Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. During our trek, we will highlight the locations of the three prominent Himalayan peaks visible on the horizon: Annapurna, Manaslu, and Ganesh.

This hiking journey also presents an opportunity to appreciate the waterfalls and forests of Shivapuri Nagarjun, where we may encounter various forms of Nepalese wildlife, including monkeys, deer, and a diverse range of native birds.

We will complete the tour by returning you to your hotel in Kathmandu.
