Whale Watching in Magdalena Bay

Our journey starts early, with a pickup from your hotel in La Paz scheduled between 8 and 9 am. From there, we will make our way to Magdalena Bay, granting you a unique chance to encounter the magnificent gray whales up close.

Upon reaching the coast, we will board a boat and set off on our search for these giant sea mammals. While we glide over the waves anticipating the whales' appearance, take a moment to appreciate the local dunes, mangroves, and distinct bird species that inhabit the area.

Stay alert! The whales might breach the surface at any moment. Did you realize that an adult gray whale can reach weights of up to 35 tonnes (over 77,100 lb)? Despite their massive size, you'll be amazed to witness how they navigate fluidly through the ocean, showcasing incredible acrobatic displays.

After the thrilling experience of watching these majestic mammals, we'll return to La Paz for a traditional lunch at a local eatery. Following your meal, we will transport you back to your hotel, with an expected arrival between 7 and 8 pm.
