At the designated time, our team will collect you from your hotel in Mazatlán for a scenic drive to Mr. Lionso Ranch, located approximately 40 minutes away. This enchanting venue, nestled among agave fields, will immerse you in the rich mezcal heritage of southern Sinaloa.

Upon reaching the ranch, a guided visit to the factory will commence, where you will gain insights into the mezcal production process. Strolling among the ovens, stills, and barrels, you will discover how this iconic beverage has woven itself into the local culture since the 1800s, showcasing the traditional artisanal methods still in use today.

The tour includes enlightening discussions about the significance of vinatas and their historical value. You will learn how to identify the various varieties of mezcal, as well as intriguing details about agave, the essential plant from which this spirit originates.

A highlight of your visit will be the opportunity to savor the mezcals produced at the ranch. Varieties such as white, aged, almond, coffee, hibiscus, tamarind, mango, and chocolate offer a delightful explosion of flavors, ensuring a memorable tasting experience that engages all your senses!
