Tour Overview

At the designated time, we will gather at the meeting location to get our bikes ready, secure our helmets, and embark on a 2-hour journey that offers a unique perspective of Oaxaca, more dynamic than a traditional walking tour.

Our first destination is the historic Xochimilco district. Pedaling at a comfortable pace, we will take in the captivating streets adorned with vibrant urban murals and glimpse the famous colonial aqueduct, a remarkable piece of architecture rich in historical significance.

Next, we will venture into the enchanting Jalatlaco district, renowned for its bohemian allure. With its charming cobblestone paths, bustling cafés, and façades embellished with art reflecting the Day of the Dead themes, it’s a place that captures hearts at first glance. Don’t forget your camera!

Along our route, our knowledgeable guide and skilled cyclist will share intriguing insights into the rich culture of Oaxaca as we pass iconic sites including the stunning Oaxaca Cathedral and the grand Fountain of the 8 Regions.

As we approach the end of our tour, we will visit the Trinidad de las Huertas district, a beloved area where some of the city’s most famous and refreshing aguas frescas are crafted. A delightful way to cool down after our cycling adventure!
