Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Oaxaca at the agreed time, as we head towards one of the city's bustling markets. Accompanied by your dedicated chef and guide for the day, you will embark on a journey to prepare an authentic meal featuring the region's signature dishes!

This interactive experience commences with a visit to the markets, where you will select and purchase the fresh ingredients needed for your culinary creations. You will have the chance to create two of the area’s most celebrated dishes, such as mole, Oaxaca soup, tortillas, or tamales.

Your chef will share insights into the culinary heritage of Mexico, explaining the various ingredients available in the markets and their applications. Additionally, you will prepare traditional beverages to keep you cool in the kitchen, including margaritas and chilacayote (a refreshing drink crafted from squash, cinnamon, and cloves).

The workshop continues as you acquire essential skills, with expert guidance leading you through the techniques and tips for preparing each dish.
