Your experience begins with a chocolate-making workshop. During this engaging 45-minute session, you'll learn essential skills such as dipping, all while crafting beautifully decorated chocolate bars. Guided by a professional chocolatier, you will create delectable chocolate bars that you can take home as a sweet memento.

Upon completing the workshop, your journey continues with access to the museum’s interactive exhibits, which dynamically illustrate the history of the cacao bean. You will follow its path from ancient civilizations to the popular treat we enjoy today. The exhibit thoroughly explores how cacao was brought to Europe and the diverse preparation traditions found in various cultures, ensuring you leave feeling well-informed about cacao.

While you navigate the interactive exhibits, expect to be inspired by a virtual demonstration detailing the complex techniques used to create ganaches and pralines. To top it all off, you’ll indulge in tastings of some of these delightful creations!

This experience is designed for all ages, as children can participate too! Engaging activity booklets will be available to ensure younger visitors remain entertained and learn throughout the experience.

Note that the specified time refers to the chocolate workshop, and you are welcome to explore the museum either prior to or following your workshop session. The Choco-Story Paris Museum operates daily from 10 am to 6 pm, with final admission at 4:30 pm.
