Upon receiving your tickets, you will board the initial lift, which will transport you from one of the four pillars to the second floor, making a stop at this level along the way.
After arriving at the second floor with your ticket, you are welcome to use the lift to the third level of the Eiffel Tower. Exiting the elevator will reveal one of the most remarkable panoramic views of Paris beneath you.
Highlights of the Third Level of the Eiffel Tower
The highest point of the Eiffel Tower is located on the third level. This observation deck provides stunning vistas of Paris. From an elevation of 276 meters (905 ft), you can appreciate sights such as the Champ de Mars, the Trocadero Gardens, and the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, along with other emblematic landmarks of the French capital.
Additionally, at the apex of the Iron Lady, visitors can explore a replica of Gustave Eiffel's office. There is also a model of the Eiffel Tower dating back to 1889, various informational panels indicating distances to other global cities, and a Champagne Bar, where refreshments are available.
Collecting Your Tickets
At the appointed time, we will meet just outside the Eiffel Tower. An English-speaking assistant will guide you on a brief walk toward one of the tower's four entrance pillars.
The assistant will hand you a ticket granting access to the third level and will accompany you to the second level. During your exploration of this area, you can listen to an informative audio guide in English before ascending to the third level for an unforgettable view of Paris.

Ticket to the 2nd Level of the Eiffel Tower
For those who prefer not to ascend to the very top of the monument, a visit to the lower levels is possible with this ticket to the 2nd level of the Eiffel Tower.
Accessibility Information
Individuals with limited mobility, including wheelchair users, those who utilize canes, or those who face challenges with walking, can access only the first and second levels via the elevator. Due to safety regulations, access to the top level is not permitted for these visitors in case of emergency evacuation.

Important information
Opening Time & Meeting Point
We'll meet at the selected time to give you your tickets at the Place de Sydney, located at the crossroads of Avenue de Suffren and Rue Jean Rey, just a few metres from the Eiffel Tower.
To get to this meeting point by public transport, you have several options: Bir-Hakeim metro station (line 6, the turquoise green one); Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel train station (RER C train line); Champ de Mars stop on bus line 82.
The reserved time is not the access time to the Eiffel Tower, as this may vary between 30 and 45 minutes before you can access the monument.
Additional Info
Please arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled time. An Extime Travel tour assistant with a company badge will be waiting for you and will accompany you to the second floor of the tower. Please note that you cannot enter on your own.
The security check is compulsory for all visitors to the Eiffel Tower. This check may cause delays at the entrance to the monument.

To use the audio guide of the Eiffel Tower, you'll need to download the official application to listen to the explanations on your mobile device. A member of the agency team will explain how to do this.
