Ticket Collection Location
At the designated time, you will meet just outside the Eiffel Tower. An English-speaking representative will guide you on a brief walk to one of the four entrance pillars of the tower.
Your guide will hand you elevator access tickets for both the first and second floors and will accompany you to the second level. Here, you can explore at your leisure, equipped with an informative audio guide in English.

Ticket for the 3rd Floor of the Eiffel Tower
From the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, you do not have the option to ascend to the summit, which is located on the 3rd floor. If you wish to reach the pinnacle of the monument for the optimal views of Paris, consider purchasing our ticket to the 3rd floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Important information
Opening Time & Meeting Point
We'll meet at the selected time to give you your tickets at the Place de Sydney, located at the crossroads of Avenue de Suffren and Rue Jean Rey, just a few metres from the Eiffel Tower.
To get to this meeting point by public transport, you have several options: Bir-Hakeim metro station (line 6, the turquoise green one); Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel train station (RER C train line); Champ de Mars stop on bus line 82.
The reserved time is not the access time to the Eiffel Tower, as this may vary between 30 and 45 minutes before you can access the monument.
Important Info
Please arrive 20 minutes before the time indicated. An Extime Travel representative with a company badge will be waiting for you and will take you to the second floor of the tower.
The security check is compulsory for all visitors to the Eiffel Tower. This control may cause delays at the entrance to the monument.
Audio Guide
To use the audio guide, you must download the official application to listen to the explanations on your mobile phone. A member of the staff will explain how to do it. Please remember to bring your own headphones if you wish to use the audio guide.
