Full Day Trip to London
Description
If you're seeking an alternative way to travel from Paris to London without air travel, this day trip offers an excellent solution. You will cross the English Channel aboard the Eurostar train. Upon reaching the British capital, your experience will be complemented by a sightseeing bus tour and a relaxing cruise on the Thames River.
Traveling from Paris to London by Train
Your journey begins at Gare du Nord, where it’s advisable to arrive at least one hour prior to your train's departure for necessary security checks.
After approximately 2.5 hours traversing the English Channel, you will arrive at St Pancras International station, stepping into the vibrant city of London. Once there, you will enjoy almost 10 hours of free exploration in one of the world's most iconic cities.
To optimize your visit, a 24-hour ticket for the Golden Tours sightseeing bus will be at your disposal, conveniently located just outside St Pancras station.
This hop-on, hop-off bus service permits unlimited use throughout the day at various stops along its three distinct routes, encompassing around 60 landmarks. Essential sights include Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, Tower Bridge, and Piccadilly Circus.
Included in your itinerary is also a ticket for a cruise on the River Thames, where you can admire stunning views of the Tower of London, London Bridge, and other famous sites from a unique perspective on the water.
Your return journey to Paris departs from St Pancras International at 8:01 pm.
