Operational Details
When making a reservation, you will select your preferred number of attractions, choosing between 3, 4, or 5 options. It’s important to note that each attraction can be accessed only once.
A start date is required during booking; however, the pass grants you 12 months of flexibility from the booking date. It will be activated upon your first visit to an attraction. Simply display the QR codes on your mobile device, which will be sent following your booking, at the entrance of each attraction.
Your pass remains active for 30 days after activation, and remember that access to each attraction is limited to one-time use only.
Children Under 2 Years
This pass caters to children aged 2 to 17 years. Many attractions offer complimentary entry for children under 2. For further details, we suggest visiting the individual websites of the attractions.

This voucher isn't a valid ticket and can't be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access Paris tourist attractions.
You'll find a PDF file attached to your confirmation e-mail. You must check that the file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each user. If you don't receive the PDF within 72 hours, please contact us: https://www.civitatis.com/en/contact/
Downloading the electronic pass won't activate it. In order to use your tourist pass, you must present the QR code that appears on your electronic pass at the entrance to the attractions.
It's therefore important that the PDF you save with the QR codes is compatible with your mobile phone so that it can be easily opened and displayed on your device when you access the attractions.
How Does It Work?
The Go Paris Explorer Pass gives you complete flexibility - you can decide on the spot which of the included attractions you'll take advantage of during your stay in Paris. You'll have free access to 3, 4 or 5 of the city's attractions, depending on the option you choose.
The Go Paris Explorer Pass gives you access to each attraction once and is valid for 30 days from when it's activated:
Local holidays may affect the opening of some of the attractions included in the pass. Closures due to public holidays won't result in a partial or total refund of the card price.
Although a start day is requested when making the reservation, you can use the pass during the 12 months following the date of reservation.
