The Paris Big Bus sightseeing bus operates a route with ten stops, showcasing major landmarks. Key stops include the Eiffel Tower, Opera Garnier, Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, and Champs-Élysées. Enjoy pre-recorded commentary available in English and ten additional languages.
Ticket Types
Select from the following ticket options:
- 24-hour ticket: Unlimited access to Big Bus Hop-On Hop-Off buses for 24 hours.
- 24-hour ticket + boat tour on the Seine: Unlimited bus access for 24 hours and a Seine River cruise. Ticket activation required on the bus before boarding the boat. Includes a free audio-guided tour in English.
- 48-hour ticket + boat tour on the Seine: Unlimited bus access for 48 hours, a Seine cruise, and an audio-guided tour in English.
How It Works
Tickets are valid for 24 or 48 hours from first use. For example, a 48-hour ticket activated Monday at 3 pm is valid until Wednesday at the same time. Customers can board the buses as many times as desired within the validity period. Reservations require a start date, but service can be utilized up to two weeks after that date.
Schedule & Frequency
Sightseeing Bus
- Schedule: Daily from 10 am to 7:30 pm, with the final bus leaving stop 1 at the Louvre. The last complete route bus departs at 5:30 pm.
- Frequency: Every 15-20 minutes.
- Total duration: Between 2 hours and 2 hours 15 minutes.
Seine River Cruise
The cruise departs from Port de la Bourdonnais (stop 8, near the Eiffel Tower), with registration at pontoon number 3. Cruises operate daily, every 45 minutes from 10:30 am to 9 pm, with a total duration of 1 hour.

Tourist bus
- Schedule: Every day from 10 am to 7:30 pm (the final bus departs from stop 1 at the Louvre). The final bus that runs the complete route departs at 5:30 pm.

Seine River Cruise
In order to enjoy this cruise, you'll first have to show your Civitatis booking voucher to any Big Bus employee on the tour buses. They'll exchange your booking voucher for your boat ticket.
This cruise departs from the Port de la Bourdonnais (stop 8, close to the Eiffel Tower). Registration for the cruise takes place at pontoon number 3.
The cruise sets sail daily, every 45 minutes from 10:30 am until 9 pm, and the total duration of the crossing will be 1 hour.

Tour with an audio guide in English
With your Seine river cruise ticket, you can enjoy a self-guided tour with an audio guide in English. You can choose one of the following: Trocadéro - Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame - Marais or Louvre - Concorde.
When you exchange your ticket, you'll receive a printed ticket with a unique download code. You'll then be able to download the POPGuide app on your phone, where you'll activate the code and access the tour content and the audio guide in English.
Additional Info
Due to weather conditions, in some circumstances, the open-top bus may be modified to a bus with a roof to protect passengers.
Accessibility Info
All buses have access ramps, so they are accessible for wheelchairs, walkers, or light mobility scooters. If you need help to board the bus, we recommend starting the tour at stop 1.
