Opening Hours
Upon purchasing your entry ticket, you will need to specify your preferred time slot:
- From 9 am to 12 pm
- From 12 pm to 2 pm
- From 2 pm to 4 pm
- From 4 pm to 5:15 pm
It is important to note that the last admission occurs at 5:15 pm and the exhibition areas close at 5:45 pm.
After you finalize your reservation, we will reach out to you within 72 hours to confirm the specific time allocated for your visit, which will fall within your chosen time frame.
Special Opening Hours
On December 24 and 31, the last entry to the museum will be at 4 pm, and the facility will not open on December 25.
In cases of adverse weather, the museum will close earlier at 5 pm on June 25, 26, and 27. On these dates, final admissions will conclude at 4:15 pm, with room closures commencing from 4:45 pm.

Important information
This voucher isn't sufficient to enter the museum. Once you have booked your time slot on the website, you'll receive a document that you must present together with this Civitatis voucher. This is mandatory in order to enter the museum.
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes in advance. You'll enter through the door for people who already have reservations. (Acess pour la file reservées)

- Monday: 9 am to 6 pm
- Tuesday: closed
- Wednesday to Sunday: 9 am to 6 pm. The last admission is at 5:15 pm and the galleries close at 5.45 pm
Special Opening Hours
- On December 24 and 31, final entry to the museum will be at 4 pm. The museum will be closed on December 25.
