Important information
On the day of the activity, you'll need to go to the Port of Bourdounnais. Please arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand.
Each pier is marked with a large, clearly visible number at the top to help you find your way. Once you reach the pier, you will see the Bateaux Parisiens sign.

The boat tour is subject to weather conditions and the state of the River Seine. Any changes to the itinerary do not entitle you to a refund of the booking fee.

- You can board with small backpacks, handbags, or briefcases. Large bags and suitcases are not allowed.
- You won't be allowed to board with luggage of over 16 liters in volume.
- The security measures upheld by Bateaux Parisiens follow the local authorities.
- In high season, the wait to access the boat can be up to one hour.
- We recommend choosing a morning time slot to avoid queues and enjoy a smoother experience.
- If you have any issues with your ticket, please go to the Bateaux Parisiens ticket office, located at Pier 1.
