How the Service Works
During the booking process, you can select from the following options:
- One-way to Cocora Valley: We'll collect you from your hotel in Pereira or Armenia and transport you directly to the Cocora Valley entrance. Please note that hotel pickups are limited to the urban areas of both cities; if your stay is in a rural location, an alternative pickup point will be provided.
- One-way to Pereira or Armenia: In this scenario, we'll meet you at the entrance of the Cocora Valley and drive you to your hotel in either Pereira or Armenia.
- Round-trip Service: This option includes comprehensive transportation, allowing travel to and from both locations.
Departure Times
When making your reservation, please consider the following schedules:
- For the one-way transfer to Cocora Valley from Pereira or Armenia, pickups are available at 7 am daily or 12 pm on weekends.
- If you opt for the return service from Cocora Valley to Pereira or Armenia, you can be picked up at 9 am on weekends or 4 pm daily.
- The round-trip option follows the same depature times. For instance, if you depart from Pereira or Armenia at 7 am on a Monday, the return journey from Cocora Valley will be at 4 pm.
Children Under 3
Traveling companions under the age of 3 can join for free, provided they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian during the journey.

Important information
Transfer from Pereira or Armenia to the Cocora Valley
On the day of the activity, we'll pick you up at the time you selected when booking from your hotel in Pereira or Armenia. We recommend being ready 15 minutes early.
Please note that pickup is only available at hotels in the urban area. If your accommodation is outside the city, the local team will let you know about an alternative meeting point 24 hours before the activity.
Transfer from the Cocora Valley to Pereira or Armenia
If you selected the transfer from the Cocora Valley to Pereira or Armenia, we'll pick you up at the time you chose at the entrance to the natural park.
In any case, the local team will get in touch with you the day before the activity to confirm all the pickup details and times.
Children Under 3
Please remember that children under 3 can travel for free but must sit on their parent's or guardian's lap.
