Transport from Pereira or Armenia to Filandia or Salento
On the day of the activity, we’ll pick you up at the time you selected when booking from your hotel in Pereira or Armenia. Please be ready 15 minutes in advance.
Please note that pickup is only available at hotels in the urban area. If your accommodation is outside the city, 24 hours before the activity, the local team will indicate an alternative meeting point for pickup.
Transport from Filandia or Salento to Pereira or Armenia
If you’ve selected the route from Filandia or Salento, we’ll pick you up at the time you chose at your hotel.
However, in all cases, the local team will contact you 1 day before the activity to confirm all pickup details and schedules.

Please note that children under 3 can travel free of charge but must sit on their parents’ or guardians’ laps.
