The Leaning Tower of Pisa

The Pisa Cathedral bell tower leans at a full 5.5 degrees. Since its construction in the 12th century, the tower faced numerous challenges, including a closure in 1990 due to collapse risk. Following restoration, it is now climbable via 8 floors and 293 steps. The top offers views of the Piazza dei Miracoli.

Climb duration is up to 30 minutes.
The Cathedral ticket permits entry without visiting the ticket office.
Children under 8 are not allowed to climb the tower.

A few days after making the reservation, the provider, Accord Italy Smart Tours & Experiences, will send you via email the official ticket, which you then have to print and show directly to the bell tower entrance. There is no need to pass by the ticket offices.

The time you have chosen is the time to climb the Leaning Tower.
Please be on time; you cannot access the tower before or after the hour you have chosen.
The visit and climb to the tower are self-guided and must not exceed 30 minutes.
With your ticket to the Leaning Tower, you get access to the Cathedral at whatever time you like. With this ticket, there is no need to pass by the ticket office.
The tour of the Pisa Cathedral is also self-guided, but without a time limit. Please wear clothing appropriate for a church.
If you have booked the option that includes the Duomo monumental complex, you can visit the Pisa Baptistery, the Camposanto Monumentale, and the Sinopie Museum at any time of the day within the opening times.
For security reasons, children under 8 may not climb the leaning tower.
