Day Trip to Xel-Há Natural Park
We'll pick you up from your hotel at the scheduled time and hit the road southwards, towards the Xel-Há natural park, where we'll be the first to arrive, enabling us to enjoy a day full of adventure and aquatic activities.
Arriving at the park before the majority of tourists, you'll be able to reserve the activities you want before they fill up, and the rest of the day will be free to relax and enjoy the streams, lakes and natural underground pools, soaked in the turquoise waters of the world's longest underground river.
You'll enjoy enjoyable aquatic activities on the Riviera Maya and the best of open-air fun, walking on a floating bridge, snorkeling, zip lines over lagoons and much more.
Ticket Options
When you make your reservation, you can choose the type of ticket included. Below, you can see the differences between each of them:
Admission to Xel-Há Light
In this type of ticket, you'll have included:
- Unlimited snorkeling
- River tubing
- Access to the adventure world, cenotes, caves, meliponario and nurseries
- Access to the Mirador Lighthouse and tobogganing
- Unlimited soft drinks from the machines (mineral water and soft drinks)
- Locker, towel and snorkeling equipment
- Use of bicycles, floats and life jackets
All-Inclusive Admission to Xel-Há
This option includes an all-inclusive ticket to the Xel-Há natural park, which means:
- More than 20 aquatic activities
- Buffet breakfast from 9:30 to 11:30 am
- Buffet of appetizers and snacks from 11:30 am onwards
- Traditional Mexican and international food
- Unlimited drinks and an open bar of national alcoholic drinks
- Locker, towel, snorkel and pool noodle gift
- Use of bicycles, hammocks, floats and life jackets
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the Xel-Há natural park, where you can start your adventure as soon as you arrive. Reservations for activities are recommended in advance to ensure availability. Free time is provided to explore various attractions such as snokeling in the cenotes, enjoying river tubing, and more.

Hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday: from 7 am to 8 pm
- Saturdays: 7 am to 4 pm
Pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so pickup time will vary depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.
Tours and days of operation are subject to change and availability. We cannot assure pickup at a hotel where you are not staying, taking into account that some hotels' policies do not allow visitors to access their property.
Grupo Xcaret guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification.
The guides will say the name of the tour out loud.
At the time of pickup, upon boarding the bus, you must present your printed or digital voucher and a photo ID, which you can also present digitally or with a photocopy. This is a requirement to obtain the park access bracelet.
Additional Info
- Remember that you must bring proof of purchase.
- Remember to bring a bathing suit, water shoes, a change of clothes and a towel.
- Your sunscreen and insect repellent should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide. If not, you can exchange them at the entrance for a chemical-free sample, and they will be returned to you on the way out.
- We recommend bringing cash or a card to buy souvenirs or photos.

Activity Restrictions
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 12 years old over 1.40m tall must also show identification to prove their age.
- You cannot change the date on the same day as your visit.
- The snorkelling equipment, as well as all the material necessary to carry out the activities, must be returned at the end of the activity.
