Your ticket allows you to visit the selected park at your convenience. Here are the opening hours for each park:
- Xcaret: Daily from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm
- Xplor: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm
- Xoxi: Monday to Saturday from 7 pm to 11 pm
- Xel-Há: Daily from 8:30 am to 6 pm
How Does It Work?
You can experience the parks in any order you choose, provided you adhere to the date specified as your initial day of use. After the first visit date, you have up to 15 days to explore the second park.

For the two previous options, please note the following service hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7 am to 8 pm
- Saturdays: 7 am to 4 pm
Pickup operates from different hotels in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya, so pickup times will vary depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.
Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and change. We cannot assure pickup at a hotel where you're not staying, taking into account that some hotels' policies do not allow visitors to access their property.
Grupo Xcaret guides will be dressed in red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification.
The guides will say the name of the tour out loud.
At the time of pickup, when boarding the bus, you must present your printed or digital voucher and a photo ID (it can be a photocopy or in digital format). This requirement is essential to obtain the park access bracelet.
How Does it Work?
You can do the day trips in the order you prefer, as long as you respect the date selected as the first day of use. After that date, you'll have a maximum of 15 days to visit the other park. We recommend visiting on different days, allowing you to fully enjoy each park throughout the entire day.
