Our guided tour of the Fonseca winery will start by recounting the storied history of the winery, which finds its roots in the vineyards of the Quinta do Panascal. Located in the Douro Valley, this region is celebrated as one of northern Portugal's top wine-producing areas.

Moving on, we will tour various sections of the winery where you can observe the meticulous crafting of Porto wines. You'll gain insights into the aging methods and the sustainable practices currently employed in winemaking.

To conclude the winery visit, partake in a tasting of two distinctive Fonseca wines, specifically Bin 27 and Siroco. You will gain an understanding of their visual characteristics, aromatic profiles, and flavors, along with their unique attributes. For younger guests, there is a delicious grape juice sourced from the Douro Valley.
