Operating Hours
Your ticket grants you flexible access to the selected park at your convenience. Below are the operating hours for each park:
- Xcaret: Open daily from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm
- Xplor: Operating Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm
- Xoximilco: Available Monday to Saturday from 7 pm to 11 pm
- Xel-Há: Daily from 8:30 am to 6 pm
How It Works
You have the freedom to embark on your day trip in any order you prefer, as long as you adhere to the starting date selected upon purchase. Post the first use, you have a maximum window of 15 days to visit the second park.

Hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday: from 7 am to 8 pm
- Saturdays: 7 am to 4 pm
Pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so pickup times will vary depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.
Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and change. We cannot assure pickup at a hotel where you're not staying, taking into account that some hotels' policies do not allow visitors to access their property.
Grupo Xcaret guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification.
The guides will say the name of the tour out loud.
At the time of pickup, upon boarding the bus you must present your printed or digital voucher and a photo ID (it can be a photocopy or in digital format). This requirement is essential to obtain the park access bracelet.
How Does it Work?
You can do the day trips in the order you prefer, as long as you respect the date selected as the first day of use. After that date, you'll have a maximum of 15 days to visit the other park.
