Your adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel, followed by transportation to the Xcaret park, where a day of activities is at your fingertips.
Xcaret is home to a variety of the wild animals of the Yucatán including parrots, turtles, manatees, flamingos, and tropical fish. Don’t miss the Jaguar Island, where you can observe these majestic big cats. Additionally, if you prefer flora, head to the living museum of orchids and bromeliads showcasing beautiful and vibrant plant species.
Explore the many shows at Xcaret that celebrate Mexican traditions recognized by UNESCO as world heritage, such as mariachi dances, the traditional Pirekua song, and the 'Ceremony of the Flyers'—a rite in which four participants ascend a recently cut tree and descend suspended by a rope in a striking display of respect for nature and the spiritual world. For those seeking excitement, the water rides, including the rapids, are not to be missed.

Xcaret Plus
Enhance your visit to Xcaret Park by booking the Xcaret Plus ticket, which includes access to a traditional Churra party, the chance to participate in a Mayan Mesoamerican ballgame, and privileges such as hammocks, showers, and changing rooms.
This option also offers a delicious buffet lunch and includes 3 drinks, featuring water, beer, and soft drinks—an experience not to be missed!

Hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday: from 7 am to 8 pm
- Saturdays: 7 am to 4 pm
Pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so pickup time will vary depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.
Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and change. We cannot assure pickup at a hotel where you are not staying, taking into account that some hotels' policies do not allow visitors to access their property.
Grupo Xcaret guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification.
The guides will say the name of the tour out loud.
At the time of pickup, upon boarding the bus you must present your printed or digital voucher and a photo ID (in printed or digital format). This requirement is essential to obtain the park access bracelet.

Recommendations
- Remember that you must bring proof of purchase.
- Remember to bring a swimsuit, water shoes, a change of clothes and a towel.
- Your sunscreen and insect repellent should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide. If not, you can exchange them at the entrance for a chemical-free sample, and they will be returned to you on the way out.
- We recommend bringing cash or a card to buy souvenirs or photos.
Important
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 12 years old over 1.40 metres tall must also show identification to prove their age.
- The use of the snorkeling equipment requires a 100MXN refundable deposit.
- You cannot change the date on the same day as your visit.
