Itinerary Overview
Your adventure begins with a pickup from your Punta Cana hotel, followed by a one-hour minibus ride that takes us to Costa Esmeralda Beach.
Once we reach Costa Esmeralda, you will have two hours to unwind by the beach, swim in its inviting waters, and stroll along the immaculate white sands. This virgin beach is a natural gem, characterized by clear waters, vibrant reefs, and a lush landscape of swaying coconut trees.
From there, we will head to Montaña Redonda via an exhilarating 4x4 ride. Standing at nearly 300 meters (984 feet), this hill offers spectacular views of the Bay of Samaná, the Atlantic Ocean, and the sprawling rice fields of the Dominican Republic.
Before enjoying a delightful lunch at a local eatery, take advantage of the opportunity to snap unforgettable photos from the swings at Montaña Redonda. The meal will consist of a delicious main course paired with a refreshing drink.
Revitalized, we will descend from Montaña Redonda and make our way to a ranch near El Limón beach. Prior to beginning our quad tour, we will go over essential safety guidelines and provide instruction on how to handle the vehicles.
Over the course of about three hours, you will navigate through breathtaking scenery comprising secluded beaches and dunes, as you accelerate and navigate the terrain on your quad. Prepare for an exhilarating experience filled with adrenaline!
To conclude this adventurous day, we will return to the minibus and transport you back to your hotel in Punta Cana after 10 hours of exploration and excitement.
Requirements for Participation
- Participants must be at least 16 years old to operate a quad bike. Children between 8 and 16 can take part if accompanied by an adult.
- This activity is unsuitable for pregnant individuals, those with back or neck issues, wheelchair users, or anyone with limited mobility.
Pickup Details
Hotel pickup is included for locations in La Romana or Bayahíbe. Guests staying at Casa de Campo, Bahia Principe, or La Romana will incur an additional charge of 70USD per person, payable on the day of the excursion.

Important information
On the day of the activity, the local supplier will pick you up at your hotel. We will contact you to let you know the exact time, as it may vary depending on the location of the hotel. Please be ready to go 10 minutes in advance.
Pickup at Specific Punta Cana Resorts
Due to internal regulations, external tour transport is not permitted access to the lobbies of certain hotels. If you are staying at any of the following resorts, your official authorized pickup point will be the security barrier or main entrance of the complex:
- Bahía Príncipe complex: all hotels within the complex (except Bahía Príncipe Buganvilla La Romana).
- Meliá complex: all hotels within the complex.
- Vistasol Punta Cana Beach Resort
- Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana
- Ocean El Faro
Given the large size of these resorts, please make sure to allow plenty of time. If your hotel offers an internal golf cart service, we recommend requesting one at reception with enough time to reach the security barrier before your tour's scheduled pickup time.
Important Info
- You must be at least 16 years old to drive a quad bike. Children aged 8 to 16 can participate in this activity if accompanied by an adult.
- If you are staying at Casa de Campo, Bahia Principe, La Romana, or Bayahíbe, you will have to pay an additional pickup fee of 70USD per person on the day of the tour.
- This activity is not permitted for pregnant people, individuals with back or neck pain, people in wheelchairs, or people with reduced mobility.
- The capacity of the quads is for two people. Therefore, if you come as a couple, you can travel together. On the other hand, if you come alone or if you are an odd-numbered couple, you will share the vehicle with other participants of the activity, alternating the driving.
