Details of the Day Trip

At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Rio de Janeiro to commence this trip to Angra dos Reis, renowned for being one of the most stunning locations along Brazil’s Costa Verde.

After a scenic journey of approximately 3 hours, we will reach our destination. You will board a pirate boat to glide across its emerald seas and discover some of its most breathtaking spots. This uniquely designed boat is equipped with a diving platform and a slide for a thrilling plunge into the water.

We will first explore the Botinas Islands, known for their crystal-clear waters that enable a view of the vibrant seabed from the boat. Legend has it that these islands were formed when a ship evading an English fleet crashed, resulting in the split that created two islets amidst the sea.

Next, we will sail to the Blue Lagoon, described as a natural paradise and an underwater haven. Here, we’ll anchor to give you the opportunity to jump in and swim alongside vibrant schools of fish, all while enjoying one of Brazil's most capture-worthy settings.

After about an hour in the lagoon, we will continue our voyage towards the Freguesia de Santana. We will disembark at this historic beach for a leisurely 2-hour visit, giving you time to enjoy the sand and its picturesque surroundings.

Following this, we'll travel to Japariz Beach, where you will have the chance to swim and indulge in a delicious buffet lunch featuring an array of traditional Brazilian cuisine. A perfect way to enhance your experience!

Lastly, we will embark on our return journey to Rio de Janeiro, concluding the day with fond farewells after a total of 14 hours.
