Arraial do Cabo Diving
Description
Delve into the rich marine life of Brazil and explore various fish species in the South Atlantic with this diving experience in Arraial Do Cabo.
Diving in Arraial do Cabo
On the scheduled day of your adventure, we will collect you from your accommodation in Rio de Janeiro and embark on a minibus journey to Arraial do Cabo, approximately a 2.5-hour ride. Are you ready to uncover the wonders of the Brazilian Caribbean?
Upon arrival, we will board a boat to commence your diving journey. For the first 30 minutes, a qualified instructor will guide you through essential diving techniques, prioritizing your safety. If you are new to diving, there’s no need for concern—this experience caters to both novices and seasoned divers alike.
Once equipped with the necessary gear, we will immerse ourselves to discover the underwater terrain along the Atlantic coast. If you hold a PADI certification, you will have the chance to enjoy two dives, each lasting 30 minutes. For those without certification, you will partake in one dive of the same duration. In either case, the encounter promises to be memorable!
You might be curious why Arraial do Cabo is renowned for diving. The answer lies in its exceptional water conditions year-round. With depths of 6 to 35 m (19 to 114 ft), visibility reaching as far as 20 m (65 ft), and water temperatures remaining between 19 and 23 °C (66 to 73 °F), it creates an ideal diving environment.
After our underwater exploration, we will make our way back to the port and return to Rio de Janeiro, with drop-off at your hotel expected between 4 and 5 pm.
