Train Journey to Christ the Redeemer and City Tour

At the designated time, our team will pick you up from your accommodation to embark on a thorough exploration of the key landmarks of Rio de Janeiro. The adventure begins as you board a train heading to the Christ the Redeemer, the monumental figure of Jesus Christ that majestically overlooks the 'carioca' city.

During the ride, enjoy a scenic 20-minute trip through the lush tropical forest until reaching the summit of Corcovado. This historic train, inaugurated in 1884, has welcomed royalty and popes alike. The electric trains reflect the city's commitment to preserving the Tijuca Forest, recognized as the largest urban forest globally.

Designated as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in 2007, the Christ the Redeemer statue is renowned for offering some of the most remarkable views in Rio.

Subsequently, we will descend back to sea level to visit the city's main attractions. Have you ever imagined being at the Maracanã Stadium or the Sambadrome? We will pass by the exteriors of both venues while sharing their intriguing histories.

The journey continues to the Metropolitan Cathedral, an architectural marvel influenced by the design of Mayan temples from Central America. Our final destination will be the Selaron Steps, an eye-catching mosaic masterpiece.

The guided tour concludes as we return to the original meeting point.

Pickup Details

This experience includes pickup and drop-off services for hotels located in the south zone (Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema, and Leblon). If your hotel falls outside these areas, please inform us during your booking so we can arrange an alternate pickup location.

Child Policy

Children aged 5 to 10 must present an ID (or a photo of it) to validate their age and avail of the child rate. Without this documentation, the train ticket office may require the full adult fare to be paid.
