Tour Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Rio de Janeiro. Once we're ready, we'll begin a nice road trip, admiring the beaches in the southern area of the Brazilian city.

With the silhouette of the Corcovado mountain, we'll reach the Paneiras visitor center, inside the Parque Nacional de Tijuca, the largest replanted urban forest in the world. Here, we'll switch vehicles to head to the summit of Corcovado, where the Christ the Redeemer awaits. With its open arms stretching 91 ft (28 m), this modern wonder offers an unparalleled scenic view of Rio. Don't forget to take a picture!

Later, we'll set off to Praia Vermelha, at the foot of the legendary Sugarloaf Mountain. From its base, we'll take the cable car that will take us to the summit. The views of the sea, islands, and Guanabara Bay will surround us in a dream-like scenery. From the top, the beaches of Ipanema, Copacabana, and the city guarded by the surrounding mountains will be the perfect backdrop for a moment of reflection.

Finally, we'll descend and start our journey back to your hotel, where we'll say our goodbyes after approximately 5 hours.

The tour includes pickup at hotels in the following areas of Rio de Janeiro: Leblon, Ipanema, and Copacabana. If you're staying outside of these areas, the local team will contact you to establish an alternative meeting point.

How it Works?

This tour will take you from your hotel to the majestic sites of Corcovado and Sugarloaf Mountain. You will embark on a scenic drive, followed by a visit to the Paneiras visitor center, where you will change vehicles to reach the summit of Corcovado and see Christ the Redeemer. After taking in the breathtaking views, you will head to Praia Vermelha to ride the cable car to Sugarloaf Mountain. Here, you can enjoy stunning views of Rio, including Ipanema and Copacabana beaches.
