Hang Gliding Experience in Rio de Janeiro

Our adventure commences at Mendes de Morais Avenue, where we will gather before hopping onto a minibus that transports us to the launch site for our hang gliding adventure. Seasoned instructors will equip you with the essential gear and guide you through the hang gliding process. Once you're prepared, you'll dash down the slope alongside your instructor and take to the skies!

As you ascend, prepare to be mesmerized by unparalleled views of lush jungles, stunning beaches, and significant landmarks throughout the city while you soar above Rio de Janeiro. This unforgettable experience allows you to embrace the joy of flying, as you gaze upon the statue of Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana, Ipanema, and the beautiful tropical scenery that surrounds the city!

Your adventure culminates with a landing on São Conrado beach, following an exhilarating flight lasting between 6 to 10 minutes.

This complete package lasts approximately 1.5 hours. However, please note that transfers are not included and the experience begins at the meeting point on Mendes de Morais Avenue.

Tour with pickup

If you've opted for hotel pickup, the local provider will contact you to confirm the exact time you'll be picked up. We remind you that only accommodations in the southern area of Rio de Janeiro are included.

Please remember that you'll have to pay fees of 150BRL per person.
Adults and minors between 14 and 17 years of age must present their passports or IDs at the beginning of the activity.
If you've selected the options that include photos and videos, you'll need to bring a USB flash drive to take your photos and videos with you.
Depending on the weather conditions and the mobility, weight, and height of the client, the instructor may decide which tour option you'll do for safety reasons.
The tour may be canceled due to weather conditions. In such cases, the provider will offer free cancellation or rescheduling. Additionally, in case the activity cannot be done, we'll contact you to propose alternative dates.
